The mission of the Early Learning Connections is to provide a variety of high quality early learning programs that foster a safe and positive culture through kindness and respect to meet the comprehensive needs of families.What would you do as a Program ManagerAs a Program Manager at Early Learning Connections, you will play a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and overseeing all operations and activities in alignment with key educational standards, including the Head Start Performance Standards, PA Early Learning Standards, STARS Standards, and PA Keys. Your expertise will ensure that our programs meet the rigorous expectations set forth by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), fostering high-quality experiences for children and families enrolled in our initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team to implement best practices, enhance educational outcomes, and support the holistic development of young learners.This position not only allows you to influence the lives of children but also offers the chance to collaborate with community partners to strengthen early learning opportunities across Butler, PA.What you need to be successfulTo thrive as a Program Manager at Early Learning Connections, you will need a robust skill set that emphasizes leadership, communication, and strategic thinking. Strong organizational abilities are essential for effectively coordinating multiple programs and ensuring compliance with educational standards. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with educators, parents, and community partners. A deep understanding of early childhood education principles and regulations will allow you to make informed decisions that enhance program quality. Additionally, adaptability and problem-solving skills are crucial for navigating challenges in a dynamic environment. Candidate must have a BS/BA in Early Childhood education or a closely related field and 3 years' experience in Early Education environments. Must have 3 years' experience in childcare or Head Start.
