No CNC experience? We’ll train the right person. Start with easier jobs and established setups, then progress into machine setup, troubleshooting, and potentially advanced CNC programming .
Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience and skill Bonus: Quarterly performance bonuses — recent bonuses have been very strong
